At Rooted Serenity, I understand that unexpected situations happen, leading to a potential canceled appointment. I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Failure to provide an adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 24 hours will have a fee of 50% of the service cost. If you reschedule with in the same month of the cancelled appointment the 50% fee will go towards the service cost of your new rescheduled appointment. If you do not reschedule with in the same month or cancel at any point for the second time you will be charged 50 % of the service cost. A deposit will be required of you for future appointments after three canceled appointments.
NO SHOW POLICY: 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment with out communicating your eta to Rooted Serenity will be considered a NO SHOW.
You will have until the end of day to reschedule your appointment with in the month before the no show fee of 90% of the service is charged. You must reschedule with in the same month, failure to reschedule, cancelling the reschedule appointment at any point or no showing again will result in being charged the original no showed appointment fee of 90% the service cost.
